Q: How many exhibitor passes do I receive for my booth size?
A: The quantity of Expo passes you receive is based on booth size. Each 9sqm stand shall be received 4 exhibitor badges. Two more exhibitor badges will you obtain while one more stand to be purchased. Exhibitor badges allow access on and off the show floor to set up your exhibit space before the expo opens and to secure it at the end of each day after the expo closes. Exhibitor passes should NOT be given to clients/partners who are not exhibitors at THDIY. If you need additional badges for your staff, please contact your salesperson.

 


 
Q: How do I obtain Exhibitor badges for my booth staff?
A: Pass allotments are based on booth size. Please have your staff show business card to pick up the badges on site in front of the main entrance at 9:00 -17:00 on 21 October 2009. .

Q: What is the on site organization?
A: Management Office: The show management office will be located in the main entrance, next to the registration counter. Registration counter: Visitors can register at the registration counter situated in the main entrance. Buyers' lounge: The perfect place is to stop and take a moment to recharge and build or expand upon professional relationships located at the venue. Soft drinks are served at buyers' lounge. Pressroom: Pressroom located in the venue. Exhibitors who are distributing press kits at the show are welcome to display at pressroom. Please inform the organizer before Oct. 5 for display press kits.

 


 
Q: How do I dispose of waste during the exhibition?
A: Exhibitors and organizers shall share of responsibilities for cleaning and waste disposal. Organizers will manage to perform necessary cleaning of the public areas during the exhibition. Exhibitors shall collect and carry waste to designated places onsite. Exhibitors are requested to dispose of large-sized garbage produced at their booths.

 


 
Q: Am I able to photograph at the THS show?
A: Visitors are not permitted to take photos of exhibits or booths without the permission of the exhibitors. Exhibitors may take pictures of their own booths. Only press members with proper identification are permitted to take photos during the trade show in consultation with the organizer.
